Personally, I love playing as multiple characters, and I especially love Saejima and Akiyama. There's actually five playable characters in Yakuza 5: Kiryu, Saejima, Haruka, Akiyama, and a new character named Tatsuo Shinada. This is a welcome change, as I felt Yakuza 3 and 4 went way too campy, verging on absolute absurdity, when it came to their plots.
